The Biestebroeck basin in Anderlecht will welcome more than 12,000 new inhabitants by 2025. In the centre of this new district, Urbanities offers housing and 15,000 m² of workshop and production space with a totally innovative infrastructure! All types of development are possible thanks to a ceiling height of more than six metres, loading docks for trucks and boats and many facilities designed for non-motorised traffic.
