The basis for the success of ABOREAL is an experienced and enthusiastic team

A team that shares the same vision and ambition: to put the occupant at the heart of its strategy and decisions. A real estate developer since 1992, ABOREAL has designed, developed and built more than 2,500 apartments and single-family homes in nearly 100 projects of various sizes, from a few units to entire city blocks. ABOREAL profiles itself as a pluralist developer that focuses on the character of the sites, the quality of their conversion and their potential for development.

Regional anchoring, international scope

Above all, ABOREAL is a real estate player invested in residential property. Its first projects started in its home province of Walloon Brabant in Belgium. Building on these successes and constantly looking for new challenges, ABOREAL has gradually extended its activities to the other Walloon provinces and the Brussels-Capital Region. ABOREAL then continued its expansion beyond the borders of Belgium, mainly in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in France, where it is increasingly asserting its presence. Supported by an international and multidisciplinary investment group that gives it the necessary stature to tackle ambitious projects, ABOREAL pursues controlled growth in its different territories.

For several years now, ABOREAL has focused its interest on urban and peri-urban industrial brownfield sites. These remnants of industrial activity from the last century, generally marked by their former occupation, often have high potential due to their prime location within the perimeter of urban centres. Even though this approach is not unique or new, it reflects ABOREAL’s real desire to be part of tomorrow’s urbanisation process, to give cities and especially their inhabitants back a range of ideally located quality housing, services and public spaces.
